Design and Build

The Engage Group designed and built new donation, membership and gift of membership forms which made it easy for donors to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology to select their giving levels on their website. Utilizing eCRM tools, forms were created with both visual and text based giving levels that were appealing, easy to understand and select. Additional reporting and customization was desired so The Engage Group applied custom coding to the base module in the eCRM which enhanced options and backend tracking functionality.

Design and Build

Reducing donor friction and simplified digital assets was the goal for the Human Rights Campaign when The Engage Group developed a lightbox donation form. The lightbox eliminated the need for a separate landing page and made it easier for donors to use. The lightbox is used to target donors and prospects from their database via email as well as site visitors searching for information on breaking news.

Shipping Charges and Apple Pay Configurations

A custom built digital wallet checkout for the Human Rights Campaign made it easier for users to place orders. In addition, add-on donation as well as a checkbox to cover shipping charges helped streamline the checkout process for site visitors while adding revenue to the organization to fulfill their mission.
